At ExactKB (accessible from https://exactkb.com), your privacy is our absolute priority. Unlike typical online photo resizers, ExactKB operates 100% within your local web browser using HTML5 Canvas and WebAssembly.
- Zero Image Uploads: Photos, documents, and candidate signatures are never transmitted over the internet or saved to external cloud storage.
- Volatile Memory Only: All processing occurs in your device’s volatile RAM and is immediately destroyed when you close or refresh the browser tab.
- Zero Biometric Retention: We do not harvest, analyze, store, or sell candidate biometric data, faces, or signature scans.
2. Cookies & Third-Party Advertising (Google AdSense)
ExactKB may display advertisements served by Google AdSense and other third-party ad networks to fund free access to our tools:
- Google DoubleClick DART Cookie: Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on ExactKB. Google’s use of the DART cookie enables it to serve ads to our users based upon their visit to our site and other sites on the Internet.
- Opting Out: Users may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings or through the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page at www.aboutads.info.

ExactKB uses browser localStorage solely to preserve non-identifiable user preferences, specifically:
- Selected UI theme (Light vs. Dark mode).
- Selected interface language (English, Hindi, Bengali, Telugu, Tamil).
You can clear this storage at any time by wiping your browser’s cookies and site data.
4. GDPR & CCPA Rights
Under European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data. Because ExactKB processes all biometric photos entirely on your device with zero collection, we do not hold personal identification records that could be indexed or disclosed.
5. Children’s Online Privacy Protection (COPPA)
