ExactKB is an independent, free biometric preparation utility. ExactKB is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by:

• Staff Selection Commission (SSC)
• Union Public Service Commission (UPSC)
• National Testing Agency (NTA / NEET / JEE)
• Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS / SBI)
• Railway Recruitment Boards (RRB)
• Passport Seva, NSDL, UTIITSL, or any visa authority (US Dept of State, VFS, IRCC).

All trademarks, portal names, and exam acronyms are the intellectual property of their respective government authorities. Mention of these names is solely for user convenience and descriptive compatibility reference.

3. User Responsibilities & Notification Verification

While ExactKB regularly updates and checks portal specifications (dimensions, file size boundaries, DPI markers), it is the candidate’s sole responsibility to cross-verify the specific photo and signature guidelines in their official examination notification or application portal before final submission.

ExactKB is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. ExactKB does not guarantee that your application will be accepted by any portal, nor does it guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ExactKB, its creators, or contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the tool, including but not limited to exam application rejections, missed deadlines, or data corruption.
