Why do portals reject images under 20 KB?

Many online application systems enforce strict minimum byte thresholds to reject over-compressed photos. ExactKB injects benign JPEG COM comments to bring files safely above the minimum limit without modifying pixels.

Why is 200 or 300 DPI density required?

Automated portal validators inspect the APP0 JFIF header. Standard smartphone photos default to 72 or 96 DPI, causing automated rejections. ExactKB writes standard 200/300 DPI headers directly into the stream.
